E formate o seu ms (memory stick) pelo psp em definiçoes de sistema antes de iniciar o tutorial, faça backup antes ou nao.
Primeira coisa a fazer é pegar seu psp e ver se ele esta na ofw (oficial firmware) 6.20.
Vai em definiçoes de sistema, informaçao de sistema e veja a versao de software
SE Ele ta na ofw 5.59 (exemplo).

extraia, ela vira com o nome UPDATE 6.20, vc renomeia para UPDATE, depois vc conecta o psp no pc, abra a pasta PSP/GAME e coloque a pasta UPDATE dentro, va em jogos pelo psp e instale a ofw 6.20, lembrando que o psp precisa estar com pelo menos 80% de carga na bateria, depois de feito o processo de atualizaçao da ofw o seu psp estara na 6.20 e vc esta pronto para ir para a 6.20 pro b8
Depois que tiver na versão 6.20

extraia que aparecera a pasta PROUPDATE, vc conecta o psp no pc e abra a pasta PSP/GAME e coloque a pasta PROUPDATE dentro, va em jogos pelo psp e instale, ira aparecer o menu de instalaçao, vc aperta X para instalar e espere finalizar a instalaçao, pronto seu psp esta na 6.20 PRO B8, mas agora falta instalar opatch permanente da 6.20 PRO B8

o patch permanente, extraia e coloque na pasta PSP/GAME, ira aparecer uma tela de instalaça, vc aperta X para instalar, e O novamente para finalizar a instalaçao.Agora vc esta com a 6.20 PRO B8 permanente.
